29m - Glenrothes - Cupar - Glenrothes.
Bit the bullet and decided to go to Cupar and back. Was a lovely day and made Cupar in what seemed no time at all. On returning home via the deer farm, I noticed that the cars dont really give you much room. In particular a black BMW estate (52 Plate) which seemed to brush by me a bit too close for my liking so a couple of choice hand gestures were made. Made it home and felt really good.

This blog has been created so people can see my progress as I train for the Asthma UK Loch to Loch Cycle Challenge. On the 1st & 2nd of September 2012, I will be cycling 150 miles over 2 days on some of Scotland's most beautiful but hilly roads!
