24m - Kirkcaldy Circular x2.
Was invited to go through to do a tour of Kirkcaldy with Scott who I work beside. Heading from the Dean Park along past Asdas then down through Dysart, along the prom then up Oriel Road back towards Dean Park before repeating the route again. Good fun to cycle and chat with someone.
Total miles = 146
This blog has been created so people can see my progress as I train for the Asthma UK Loch to Loch Cycle Challenge. On the 1st & 2nd of September 2012, I will be cycling 150 miles over 2 days on some of Scotland's most beautiful but hilly roads!
