37.7m - Kinross - Portmoak run. 2nd run with the Guys from Leslie Bike Shop, feeling a bit better about going with them as my neighbour Mike goes too. During this trip I met 3 guys who I actually work beside. Cycling is so much easier when in a group and having someone to chat with who is at the same kind of fitness level as yourself. Really enjoyed the run.

This blog has been created so people can see my progress as I train for the Asthma UK Loch to Loch Cycle Challenge. On the 1st & 2nd of September 2012, I will be cycling 150 miles over 2 days on some of Scotland's most beautiful but hilly roads!
