36m - Lochgelly Loop. Run with the bike shop to Lochgelly from the bike shop towards Thornton then along Strathore road towards Cluny. Along to Cardenden, on to Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath before heading towards Kinross, we turned along past Vane Farm, Portmoak and Scotlandwell through Leslie then back home. Getting used to this cylcing malarky.

This blog has been created so people can see my progress as I train for the Asthma UK Loch to Loch Cycle Challenge. On the 1st & 2nd of September 2012, I will be cycling 150 miles over 2 days on some of Scotland's most beautiful but hilly roads!
